Thank you for placing your order. This page explains what photos we need, why we ask for them, and how to submit them.
You don't need to prepare any photos in advance. We'll guide you through taking each one as part of the process. It takes most patients around five minutes.

Why do we need your photos?
Before we can prescribe your weight loss treatment, we need to make sure it's right for you. That means confirming your identity and your current weight.
These checks are in place to keep you safe. They make sure your treatment is appropriate and that the right medication reaches the right person.
Your photos are only seen by our clinical team
We know that sharing body photos can feel uncomfortable. Your photos are seen only by your prescriber, stored securely, never shared with anyone outside your clinical team, and never used for marketing. Your photo ID is deleted after 90 days.
What we need from you
You'll take all of your photos during the process. Before you start, have your ID, scales, and lightweight clothing ready.
1. Photo ID
One clear photo of a valid ID document.
✅ Accepted: Passport (any country), UK or EEA driving license (full or provisional), Biometric Residence Permit, national ID card (EEA countries), PASS card, HM Armed Forces or Police ID, government-issued photocard travel pass.
❌ Not accepted: Screenshots, photocopies, work badges, or student cards.
2. Body and weight photos (3 photos)
Three photos to confirm your current weight. Your body photos are reviewed only by your prescriber and are never shared.

Your current weight reading while standing on your home scales or pharmacy scales
3. Previous prescription evidence
Only required if you are switching from another provider and requesting a higher dose than the starting dose.
If this applies to you, we need to confirm your previous prescription before we can prescribe a higher dose.

Before you start: Have your ID, scales, and lightweight clothing ready. All photos need to be taken and submitted in one session. You can close this page and come back when you're ready to begin.
What if I don't want to provide my photos?
We understand this step can feel daunting, particularly the body photos. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before making any decisions. We're happy to talk you through what's involved.
Providing photos is a clinical requirement for all weight loss patients. If after speaking with us you'd prefer not to continue, you'll need to request a cancellation.

Has your order been placed on hold?
If you've received an on-hold email or SMS, we need one or more photos before your prescriber can proceed. You'll only need to resubmit the photos mentioned in the email, not everything again.
