Do I need to provide this?
You'll only be asked for previous prescription evidence if you're switching to us from another weight loss provider.
If you're switching and requesting a higher dose than the starting dose, yes, you'll need to provide this.
If you're switching at the starting dose, it's unlikely, but we may still ask based on your overall weight loss progress.
What is a starting dose?
All new patients start on the lowest available strength of their weight loss medication:
Mounjaro: 2.5mg
Wegovy: 0.25mg
If you are currently taking a higher dose with another provider, we can continue your treatment at that dose. We just need evidence to confirm this before we can prescribe it.
Why does the evidence need to be recent?
Weight loss injections need to be taken every week consistently. We need to see that you are actively taking this medication and have not had a gap in treatment. Your evidence should show you have received this medication within the last 4 weeks.
What can I provide?
You only need to provide one of the following:
Option 1: Photo of the dispensing label on your medication box

Must clearly show:
Your full name
Date of prescription
Medication name and dose (e.g. 10 mg Mounjaro)
Best practice: The app will ask you to take this photo live using your camera. You don't need to take it in advance. Have your medication box to hand before you start. Lay it flat, tap on the label to focus, and check all text is clear and readable before submitting.
Option 2: Screenshot or photo of your most recent order from your previous provider

Must clearly show:
Provider name
Your full name
Date of order
Medication name and dose (e.g. 10 mg Mounjaro)
Tip: Screenshots can be selected from your camera roll or files. If you need more than one screenshot to capture all the required details, that's okay, you can upload multiple.
To avoid any delays, make sure all of these details are visible and easy to read before you submit.
We'll reject any edited or AI-generated photos and future orders will be declined.
How do I submit my evidence?
You'll be prompted to provide your evidence after completing payment on your first order. You'll also be able to access the submission page via the link in any email we've sent you, or by logging in to your account.

What if I can't provide this evidence?
If you're unable to provide evidence of your previous prescription, please get in touch with us straight away.
We'll may need to cancel your current order, but you're welcome to place a new order at the starting dose. We know this isn't ideal, but it is a clinical safety requirement and we can't prescribe a higher dose without it.
Important: your order will not cancel automatically. To request a cancellation, please contact us.
