Yes, we require a Government approved ID so we can verify your identity and prescribe safely. You will be asked to upload a photo of your ID once you have completed your consultation. We are unable to prescribe to patients who cannot provide this. We accept the following ID formats:
Valid passport (UK or any country)
Driving licence (UK or EEA, full or provisional)
PASS card
Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
National ID card (EEA, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland)
HM Armed Forces or Police ID
Government issued photocard travel pass
