Our Mounjaro and Wegovy weight loss medications are both designed to last 4 weeks before you need a new supply. We recommend you place your next order as soon as you’ve used your 3rd injection. This will allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered to you before you need to use it.
We’ll send you a reminder
Based on the date your current order was approved, we’ll send you a handy reminder email or text message 18 days later. This will approximately be the right time to place your next order. Individual circumstances may vary, so please use this as a guide only. For example, if you didn’t start your injections right away, or if you’ve paused treatment.
Check your injection schedule
We always recommend tracking when you’ve used an injection and when your next one is due. This is easy to do in your calendar or your favourite notes app. Keep an eye on how many injections you’ve used and when you’re approaching your 3rd. This should be 3 weeks from using your first injection.
Check your Phlo Clinic account
Your secure Phlo Clinic account will show your order history, so you can easily work out when you’re due to place your next order.
Can I order early?
At the moment, you can place your next order a minimum of 15 days since your current order was approved. If you’re travelling away from home, work out how many injections you’ll need and plan your next order to ensure you have a continuous supply. Alternatively, contact our Patient Care team if you think you may run out.
