Because our weight loss treatments are temperature controlled for delivery, it’s important to unbox your delivery on the day it arrives. We recommend doing it as soon as you’ve taken delivery, and no later than within 12 hours of delivery - so long as it has been stored out of direct sunlight and under 30°. Keeping your weight loss treatment at the correct temperature
Your order will arrive securely with a special combination packaging of Woolcool and ice gel packs; both designed to keep everything at the correct temperature. You should then store your weight loss treatment in the fridge ahead of taking your first dose. But before you do that, make sure to check everything is present and correct!
Unboxing your delivery
Open the packaging and carefully remove all items, checking everything listed below is as it should be.

Safely storing your weight loss treatment kit
It’s essential you quickly place your weight loss treatment into the fridge for safe storage ahead of taking your first injection. Read the Patient Information Leaflet that comes with your delivery for more information about your specific treatment.
You should then store your other items somewhere secure that’s out of the reach of children, vulnerable people and pets.
Repeat orders
For ongoing weight loss treatment orders, we won’t send you needles, swabs or a sharps bin every time. From the first order you should have sufficient supplies of these items to last up to 2 years of treatment.
