We make it seamless and easy to order your weight loss treatment via the Phlo Clinic website. The full process is digital, so you don’t need visit a physical location or schedule a video call with our experts. The process is broken down into 3 key stages: online consultation, clinical review and home delivery. Take a look below at each stage in more detail.
Online consultation
On the Phlo Clinic website you’ll access the start of our online weight loss consultation by tapping on one of the ‘Start consultation’ buttons. This will take you into a secure space where we’ll ask for your contact information, reasons for wanting to lose weight and a range of medical questions - designed to understand your health history and suitability for treatment. We’ll also ask you to provide payment information, consent to our service T&Cs and set up your own secure Phlo Clinic patient account.
How long does it take? 10 minutes to complete. Accessible 24/7.
Clinical review
Our expert prescribing pharmacists will review your online consultation (together with your up-to-date GP record) and determine if you’re suitable for treatment and can expect a successful outcome. You should allow up to 2 working weekdays for your weight management consultation to be reviewed by our clinicians. Consultations completed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be queued for review on the following Tuesday. Your health and clinical safety is paramount, so this is why you don’t receive an instant treatment approval when you submit your consultation.
How long does it take? Up to 48 hours to be clinically reviewed.
Home delivery
Once your consultation has been approved we’ll package and prepare it for home delivery. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and this means once your order is collected from our pharmacy hub, it can take 1-3 days for Royal Mail to process it and deliver it securely to you. You’ll be able to track it online and see where it is!
We package your weight loss treatment with sustainable Woolcool insulation and ice gel packs, so it maintains the correct temperature whilst in transit.
