Why was my order not approved?

While you might have felt you met our initial eligibility criteria, this doesn’t mean you’ll be automatically eligible for treatment. Our clinical team review the online consultation you completed as part of your order. This clinical review looks at various aspects of your current health, medical history, conditions and medications you may be taking. This is then assessed against the specific weight loss treatment you ordered and whether it is safe for you to take it, including the risks of any interactions or side effects and the likely chance of a successful treatment outcome.

Are you able to tell me why I wasn’t approved?

Unfortunately, we can’t provide individual reasons when patients don’t meet the clinical eligibility criteria.

Can I complete a new consultation?

If the clinical team have reviewed and rejected your consultation, then they do not deem this medication to be suitable for you. The reasons for rejection can vary depending on your BMI, contraindications, safety concerns or risk and therefore request that you wait at least 6 months before completing another online consultation.
