How do you deliver my weight loss treatment?

Your weight loss treatment needs to be kept at a certain temperature, so we include a Tracked 24 delivery option as standard at no extra cost to you. This is delivered by Royal Mail. They’re vetted and approved to deliver medical items across the UK and provide a flexible and convenient delivery service for all patients across the UK.

Does Tracked 24 mean my order will be delivered within 24 hours of placing my order?

Tracked 24 means that once your order has been approved, dispensed & packaged, then collected by Royal Mail at the end of the working day, Royal Mail will aim to deliver it to you within 24 hours. However, due to bank holidays, special events or unforeseen circumstances, they advise a delivery slot of 1-3 days.

How will I know which day it will be delivered to me?

We keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is collected by Royal Mail you’ll be sent a dedicated tracking link for your order. You can track its route and get updates about its planned delivery time.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Because weight loss treatment needs to be kept at a constant temperature, we recommend you (or someone you trust) is at home to receive your delivery. If you’re not going to be home, you can agree a designated Safeplace with Royal Mail. You don’t need to sign for your order, but your post person will take a photograph to confirm a successful delivery.

Remember, we package your weight loss treatment with sustainable Woolcool insulation and ice gel packs, so it maintains the correct temperature whilst in transit.
