If you ordered a single pen, we'll contact you around 21 days after your previous order was approved.
If you ordered a bundle, we'll contact you around 40 days after your previous order was approved.
We’ll include a secure link that will take you straight through to check-in and re-order. Once you complete the short consultation, it’ll be instantly submitted to our clinical team for review.
Please note: If you have a surplus of medication at home, for example due to starting treatment later, aim to re-order within the third week of your last pen to ensure your next pen arrives in time to continue your treatment without gaps.

You can log in to your secure Phlo Clinic account and follow the option to place your next order. This will take you straight through to our shortened re-order consultation. You can complete the consultation and it’ll be instantly submitted to our clinical team for review.
If you log in early, you won’t be able to re-order just yet. Please wait 15 days before re-ordering if your last purchase was a single pen, and 40 days before re-ordering if your last purchase was a bundle.
