Can I change the timing of my delivery?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to delay or bring forward the dispatch of orders, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or within a fixed timeframe.

The time it takes for our clinical team to review your order can vary, which may affect when it is dispatched and delivered.

To give yourself the best chance of receiving your order when you need it, please make sure you place your order in good time.

You’ll receive an email update once your order has been clinically approved, and another when it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail will be in touch and may offer options to adjust your delivery address and timing, but this is outside of our control.
