Once you’ve submitted a consultation for our weight loss service, our clinical team get to work on assessing your suitability. Our payment system also places a ‘hold’ on the treatment price at your bank or card provider.

At the point of submitting your consultation you’ve agreed to buy services from Phlo Clinic and this enters you into a contract with us. At this point you have no legal right to cancel your order.
